How to use this tool:

1. PREPARE: Read and watch the Resources linked below. Write down questions you have along the way.
2. DISCUSS: After you have prepared by reading and watching the topic resources, you will meet with an IRB staff mentor to discuss the topic in more detail. We will schedule a time to meet.
3. PRACTICE: If applicable, we will schedule a practice session with an IRB staff mentor to show you how to apply what you’ve learned.

• We will introduce you at our next “all hands” Staff Meeting (Zoom).
• We will introduce you at our next weekly SIRB Team Meeting (Teams).
• We will also meet together as a team in person soon (scheduling TBD).
• Some of your training will be in person at the IRB Office in the Research Administration Building.
